The Penrith Panthers senior women's basketball team defeated Dubbo Rams 64-52 at Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre on Saturday to maintain top spot.

Centre Rebekah Tong was at the forefront of a spirited fightback from the Panthers, in the second term, with the two sides subsequently locked together at 28-28 at the half time break.
Panther's leading youngster Taylah Clark helped her team maintain their scoring momentum during the third term to set up the home team's eventual 12-point win.
As per their opening round victory over the Hunters, once again every member of the Panthers team would eventually get onto the score sheet during the game.
