Football NSW has announced the inclusion of Hawkesbury City Football Club in the Football NSW U/12, U/13, U/14 & U/15 run Regional League Competitions.
The competition allows players to participate for their local club in the Nepean Association Competition on a weekly basis and play for their regional team every other weekend.
The Hawkesbury City FC will not be entering teams in the Nepean Association Competitions, choosing instead to provide additional coaching opportunity for players to improve their understanding and capabilities whilst remaining within the local club environment.
The Hawkesbury Club will provide Experienced coaching under the guidance of Youth Technical Director Keith Healey on a weekly basis in line with the FFA National Curriculum for the selected Regional League players.
Hawkesbury city soccer club will provide the following development assistance to the under 12s,u/ 13s, u/14s & u/15s players in 2013:

Keith Healey: FFA “B” LICENSE YOUTH DIRECTOR
Keith is a current FNSW Staff Coach with over 35 years experience presenting Youth and Senior
licence courses, holiday camps and involvement with NSW State Teams as well as being a former
Youth Director of Coaching at Premier League Club Blacktown Spartans.
David Bertenshaw: FFA “B” LICENSE, SENIOR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
30 years of hands on experience coaching NSW State League First Grade teams at all levels. He has also
been the Nepean Director of Coaching and coached representative teams f or Blacktown Association.
Tom Haythornthwaite: FFA “C” LICENSE, UNDER 20s coach
Tom is a former NSL player with Canberra Cosmos, Newcastle and Melita. He is also a former Youth
International for Australia.
Ron Pratt: FFA “C” LICENSE, SKILL INSTRUCTOR
Australian Schoolboys Coach who has coached at Marconi and Northern Spirit for many years. Extensive
experience as a skill instructor for FNSW.
Berra Simone: FFA SENIOR LICENSE, UNDER 18’S COACH:
Multiple premiership winner in Super Youth League
Dean Bertenshaw: FFA SENIOR LICENSE, 1ST GRADE COACH
