Residents proud of community

PAUL Abassi and his growing family are proud residents of Minchinbury.

The real estate agent and father of two believes it's the community pride that makes the area perfect for young families.

"We have five or six neighbours around us that all look out for each other," he said.

With two small children, feeling safe is important to Mr Abassi.

Both under the age of five, Mr Abassi's children are already making friends.

"They have play dates every Tuesday," he said.

Mr Abassi moved to Minchinbury with his wife five years ago. He said Minchinbury's proximity to the M4, M7 and where he worked made it a perfect place to settle.

"It's close to everything," he said. "It's a great place to live and it's affordable."

Mr Abassi said that since he and his wife moved to the area, his family and his friends have followed and become a part of the close community.

As a real estate agent Mr Abassi believes Minchinbury is a 'great opportunity to get into the market'.

But as a father he believes it is a great place to make friends and bring up a family.

His advice for home buyers is to only believe what they see for themselves.
