ABILITY Options, a service organisation which has been running for 40 years, offers help for those seeking work and support for employers taking on people with a disability.
"If an employer takes on a staff member we can help with practical support and explain the incentives available," marketing manager Allison Dando said.
The group, which has an office at Mt Druitt, is looking for potential employers to take on people with a disability or Aboriginal people as employees.
"We are especially looking for small businesses willing to give it a go," site manger Tatiana Makarenko said.
"There are financial incentives available from the government and we can help with on-the-job training and continued support for the people on our books," she said.
The roles that employers can consider include administration, warehousing driving, and so on, and the group can help tailor the roles to suit the job-seeker and the employer."
