Mt Druitt resident Ahmet Zahir has been looking for a job for nearly a year following a car accident that left him unable to work for six months.
"I was working in produce for 11 years before the accident happened in 2011," he said.
"I was terminated during that time, so now I'm looking for a job.
"My neck and back were damaged, so I went to a physiotherapist and now I am back to normal.
"I've also got my security licence so I can do security and I'd like to work in those fields."
Mr Zahir said he would recommend Ability Options to others.
"I've been with them for almost six months and I've enjoyed their services,"
"I was applying through Centrelink and it was the staff at Centrelink who sent me here to find a job. I was happy to come here to get help."
Mr Zahir said he felt comfortable at Ability Options and liked the friendly staff.
"Every two weeks we come to search for a job, ring people and send off our resumes," he said.
"The staff at Ability Options help us write our resumes too."
