Wet'n'Wild Sydney is now taking job applications for more than 300 positions at the water park, which is due to open at Prospect in December.
Some of the positions advertised include lifeguards, aquatic attendants, guest services, retail and food and beverage.
Wet'n'Wild Sydney general manager Chris Warhurst said more than 10,000 people pre-registered for employment information on the website.
"We are looking for people who will share our commitment to exceptional standards of safety, service and fun," Mr Warhurst said.
"Applicants should also be personable, enthusiastic, customer focused and ready to help us deliver an amazing experience for every guest."
Mr Warhurst said Wet'n'Wild Sydney had already generated jobs for western Sydney through the construction of the park and the use of NSW-based businesses for design, consultancy and building services.
"With the construction work conducted so far, Wet'n'Wild Sydney has delivered more than $100 million into the local economy and the park is expected to generate in excess of $500 million in economic activity in the first 10 years of operation," Mr Warhurst said.
The amusement park will have 42 slides and attractions.
