A man was extradited from the ACT on Wednesday following an investigation into an alleged robbery and kidnapping in Thredbo in March.
NSW police said two masked men entered a hotel on Friday Drive in Thredbo and detained the duty manager about 4.15am on Wednesday, March 12.
They allegedly stole an amount of cash from a safe before tying up the manager, forcing him into a van and driving from the scene.
The manager jumped out of the van on Banjo Paterson Crescent in Jindabyne and sustained serious injuries as a result of the fall.
A 34-year-old man was arrested at a house in Fraser at about 11am on Wednesday in relation to the incident and was taken to the City Watch House in Canberra.
He appeared before the ACT Magistrates Court, where police got permission to extradite him to NSW.
He was taken to Queanbeyan Police Station, where he was charged with robbery in company, kidnapping and taking a conveyance without consent.
The man was refused bail to appear in Cooma Local Court on Thursday.
