Diabetes fund-raiser

PERFORMERS from western Sydney are getting together to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) Australia on August 16.

The If You've Got It Flaunt It charity event will raise money for the JDRF to research type 1 diabetes while showcasing the wonderful talent western Sydney has to offer.

Performers from The Hills, Hawkesbury, Blacktown and the Blue Mountains are showing off their talents at Quakers Hill High School from 6.30pm to 7pm.

Big Laugh trio's comedy

The Big Laugh comedy show is coming to Rooty Hill RSL on August 9 at 8pm when Tahir, Mick Meredith and Rash Ryder bring a show of side-splitting laughter.

Megashow with Kamis

The Kamis Mega Show is an islander fusion which features the music of Motown, Elvis, Blue Hawaii, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Michael Jackson as well as New Zealand and Latin items. A whole mix and spectacular costumes, Saturday. Tickets: $7.50-$10.50.

Fleetwood Mac tribute

The Fleetwood Mac experience is coming to St Marys Band Club on August 30 at 8.30pm. Running in the Shadows is Australia's Fleetwood Mac tribute. Session musicians recreate one of the greatest live bands ever.
