Last year his "Adele Dazeem" moment was wickedly GIF-ed in all of its mumbling glory, but following this year's Oscars the internet has decided to subject John Travolta to the meme treatment.
After the 61-year-old actor was photographed awkwardly kissing Scarlett Johansson on the red carpet, Imgur and Twitter users took over, creating a series of hilarious Photoshop jobs making fun of the creepy shot.
Some saw a striking similarity between Travolta's behaviour and that of US Vice-President Joe Biden, who was filmed awkwardly touching the wife of the new US secretary of defence recently and kissing a senator's daughter at an official engagement last month.

Travolta attended the 87th Annual Academy Awards to present the Oscar for Best Original Song alongside Frozen star Idina Menzel.
It was a humorous reunion for the pair, who were last onstage together at last year's Oscars, where Travolta famously struggled to pronounce the singer's name while introducing her performance of (the eventual Best Original Song winner) Let it Go, calling her "Adele Dazeem".
However, Menzel managed to get back at Travolta this year, introducing the actor as "Glom Gazingo".
