Glamour model Gabi Grecko has been charged with willful and obscene exposure after strutting naked through Melbourne's CBD late last year.
Victoria Police have charged the US-born fiancee of 71-year-old colourful businessman Geoffrey Edelsten over her December 18 romp.
The 25-year-old, whose real name is reportedly Gabriella Rose Curtis, is due to face Melbourne Magistrates Court on May 5.
The Miami-born model and DJ donned a green wig and a floor-length wedding veil over what appeared to be large bunny ears as she sauntered along Swanston and Exhibition streets about 3am.
Her nude jaunt, which began with the her singing MC Hammer's U Can't Touch This on an escalator, was captured on film by Sneaky magazine.
The vision shows her ditching the veil before rubbing up against a glass restaurant window, much to the bemusement of two male patrons dining inside.
She then wanders into a 7-Eleven store and Hungry Jack's restaurant – where she decides against buying anything because it's "too unhealthy" – before stopping to pose for cameras in the middle of tram tracks.
Grecko's manager Trish Maskaric told News Corp her client had learnt her lesson and would accept any punishment "on the chin".
"Gabi is sorry she has done it, but said she wanted to tick it off her bucket list," Ms Maskaric said.
"She has learnt her lesson and won't do it again."
Mr Edelsten proposed to Grecko with a $45,000 heart-shaped diamond in front of a media scrum at the Melbourne Cup last year.
Earlier this week, Grecko left media guessing about her marital status, telling Daily Mail she and Mr Edelston had legally tied the knot, only to later say the report was untrue.
Mr Edelsten's divorce from his second wife Brynne was finalised only this month.
The former medic and entrepreneur split from Brynne in January 2014. He filed for bankruptcy in the US in the same month. His American creditors, including the Mawardi family, also sought to have him bankrupted in Australia.
He met Grecko in New York City shortly after and the couple confirmed in July 2014 that they intended to marry.
However, it hasn't been all smooth sailing for Grecko and Mr Edelsten. Grecko was briefly hospitalised for "stress" last year, amid rumours she had caught Mr Edelsten text messaging other women.
Mr Edelsten's bankruptcy case was settled in a sweetheart deal with his former business partners in February this year.
