A man will face court next month after being detected travelling more than 100km/h over the speed limit in NSW's southern tablelands.
Police were patrolling in Braidwood on Saturday morning when a white Holden Commodore was seen travelling at speed at about 8.45am.
The vehicle was allegedly detected at 201km/h in the sign-posted 100km/h zone on Araluen Road.
The 27-year-old male driver was stopped by police and his license was confiscated and immediately suspended for six months.
He was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for driving at a speed dangerous to the public and exceeding the speed limit by more than 45km/h.
The man is due to appear at Queanbeyan Local Court on March 9.
