'It can be gamed': MPs could soon use swipe cards to vote under proposed tech shake-up

For 115 years, members of the House of Representatives have voted the same way when called upon to decide on matters of national significance. When a vote is called, they are summoned to the chamber, they divide to opposite sides and party whips manually count the numbers.
