Off-road enthusiasts are sure to get their motor going in western Sydney this week.
The Sydney 4WD and Adventure Show is taking over Eastern Creek with action including a 4WD test track, competitive rock crawling and the Isuzu Team D-Max stunt drivers.
Experts and special guests including Rick O’Brien, Roothy, Pat Callinan and Jillaroo Jess will be speaking at the Fourby Forum stage, and also be available for a chat at the Engel Bush Camp.
When it comes to displays, from caravans and camping gear to fishing and boating, director Peter Woods has promised it will be bigger than ever before.
“We’ve built a bigger marquee to fit in more exhibitors as you walk into the show. The new design also allows for bigger aisles and better walk ways,” he said.
“A lot of people are coming to these events for the latest new products in caravans and camper trailers, and this year visitors will not be disappointed, with our biggest displays of caravans ever.”
A free family movie night will include a hit of nostalgia as Mal Leyland presents his 1966 classic Wheels Across a Wilderness, while director Jonathan Adams and star Gareth Rickards will present their 2016 Aussie action flick Rough Stuff.
The show is at Western Sydney International Dragway from October 13-15, with free parking and a free shuttle bus from the car park.
Tickets are $18 for adults, $14 concession, $40 for a family and $9 for kids, with a free six-month subscription to Pat Callinin 4x4 Adventures magazine if you book ahead online.
