Mount Druitt’s Service NSW Centre officially opened by minister

Mount Druitt’s Service NSW Centre is continuing to impress, scoring a satisfaction rating of 95 per cent since opening its doors on October 24, 2016. 

Last month Minister for Finance, Services and Property Victor Dominello joined the team at Mt Druitt for the belated official opening of the centre. The centre, located at Westfield Mount Druitt, has already served nearly 160,000 customers.

“Service NSW continues to be a flagship for excellence in government transactions and service delivery,” Mr Dominello said.

“Service NSW provides customers with choice about how and when they access services and transactions, whether it be face-to-face, online 24/7, or over the phone.

“The team at Mount Druitt are friendly and professional with concierge staff on hand to greet customers when they walk into the centre, ready to help complete their transactions.”

The centre is open from 8am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 8am to 7pm Thursday; and 8.30am – 3pm on Saturday.
