Penrith residents can score free four-day event passes to the NSW Golf Open Championships by registering with Penrith City Council.

Twin Creeks Golf and Country Club will host the event from November 16 to 19, and residents who register online for tickets will secure a free four-day pass to the event.

“As a sponsor of the 2017 NSW Open Championship, council is delighted to have delivered another thrilling and unique sporting event for locals to enjoy,” Penrith Mayor John Thain said in a statement.

“Events like the NSW Open Championship give residents the opportunity to experience world-class sporting events right here in Penrith.

“I encourage all sports fanatics, golf lovers and families looking for something new and fun to do, to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity to see the pros of the PGA tour of Australasia go head-to-head right here in Penrith.”

Locals could register online at visitpenrith.com.au before October 29 to obtain a free four-day pass to the event, he said.
