Why you should ask if a building has a lot of overseas investors

It's often a selling point for developers to point out their apartment building sold most of its stock within "X" minutes of going on sale. However, that's also a sign that investors were waiting in the wings to buy and if you're an owner occupier (or small-time investor) it should prompt a few extra questions during the purchasing process.
